Information for all Convention Delegates
Registering for the Convention
•We request that each convention delegate submit a separate registration form.
•We are using mail-in only for Tracks & Tides 2010 as it is the least-cost way for us to handle registrations.
•Payment can be made by cheque, or money order. We are not set up to process credit cards or direct debit.
•We realize that not all spouses / partners are as interested in operating sessions, workshops, clinics, etc. as you are. Therefore, they do not need to register for the convention if they do not want to participate in convention activities. They can join you for the banquet and/or train trip simply by purchasing an additional ticket when you send in your registration form. If they want to take in the public show on Saturday, they can pay the $5 general admission at the door.
•You can register in person at the convention, but the cut-off for the banquet is MAY 15th, 2010. Additionally, some activities have a limited number of spaces and may be filled up if you wait.
•If you provide your e-mail address, we will confirm that we have received your registration.
